Once
the size and price of the painting has been decided and the
relevant photograph/s provided to me, then I will begin the
painting for you.
I will provide you with an estimate of the timescale for completing
the commission on receipt of the subject image.
If the painting is a gift, then I will do my best to get the
work done by a specified date - ideally, please allow a month prior to the date which you would like the painting
for. If I have at least a month's notice this should be achievable. Sometimes I can fit a painting in if it's last-minute - please allow ideally two weeks - send me an email and I will see what I can do.
The timescale may change in busy periods such
as Christmas, and early booking is advisable.
A scan/photo of the finished painting will be emailed or sent in
the post to you and if this meets with approval, then payment
will be required (see Pricing page for payment methods).
Paintings will be despatched to you once payment has cleared,
usually within 2-7 days.
Paintings are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for (this applies to
UK orders only - similar methods will be applied for overseas
orders).
The cost of all postage and packing is included in the quotation
for the painting. It will be sent in a board-backed envelope
or similar, to ensure it is not damaged in the mail.
Paintings are supplied unmounted and unframed.
